Terms & Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Greywolf Technologies and its customers, hereafter referred to as “the Customer,” as well as to all their business interactions. Special terms and conditions may supplement these if necessary.
Amendments to our terms require a clear, written agreement between both parties. By placing an order, the Customer implicitly accepts these terms, even if they conflict with their own. Only explicitly written acceptances from us can bind us to the Customer’s terms. Not contesting the Customer’s terms upon acceptance of a contract cannot be used against Greywolf Technologies.
We reserve the right to modify these terms, with adequate notice, without affecting orders placed prior to such changes.

  2. Offer
Items showcased online constitute a non-binding catalog rather than an official offer. Minor deviations in product images or descriptions are possible.

  3. Prices
All listed prices for Greywolf Technologies’ products are comprehensive and are not subject to additional VAT charges for customers. This streamlined pricing applies regardless of whether the order is placed within the European Union or from outside the EU. The price you see is the final price, simplifying the purchasing process. Please note, prices are based on delivery from our warehouse, ensuring transparency and ease of transaction for all our customers.

  4. Conclusion of a Contract
An order with Greywolf Technologies is a binding purchase offer. An email confirmation of order receipt does not equate to contract acceptance. Contracts are finalized upon product shipment or dispatch confirmation.

  5. Shipment, Delivery, and Payment
Global delivery is available, to the address specified by the customer. Detailed conditions for delivery and payment are described in product listings. Partial deliveries may be made for efficiency, at no extra shipping cost. Custom shipping requests incur standard additional charges.

  6. Delivery Times
In-stock items ship within 3 to 7 working days post-payment. Delivery timelines for unavailable items will be expedited as possible. Delivery delays due to unforeseen factors extend deadlines accordingly. Orders can be canceled by either party if delays exceed 2 months, with no penalty.

  7. Revocation Rights & Form
Customers have the right to withdraw from contracts within the period mandated by Italian law without specifying a reason. Notifications of withdrawal should be directed to Greywolf Technologies via the provided contact details.
Withdrawal results in a refund of all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs from non-standard delivery choices), within 14 days of withdrawal notice. Reimbursements use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, potentially subject to fees on a case-by-case basis.

  8. Passing of the Risk
Risk transfers to Greywolf Technologies upon goods dispatch and reverts to the sender during returns, covering transport risks and costs until goods are received back.

  9. Guarantee
Goods are warranted against defects in material and craftsmanship at the point of transfer, for 24 months post-shipment. Immediate inspection by the customer is required, with defects reported within 10 days. Damages from misuse are not covered.

  10. Order Return
Returns are accepted within the period stipulated by Italian law from delivery day. Return shipment arrangements and costs are the customer’s responsibility, with full reimbursement following return inspection and confirmation of mint condition.

  11. Data Storage
Title to goods and services remains with Greywolf Technologies until full payment is received. Personal data is handled confidentially, with sharing limited to necessary third-party service partners.

  12. Legal and Venue
Legal proceedings with commercial customers are held at Greywolf Technologies’ location, and with private customers at their residence within The Netherlands. For international customers, the venue is Greywolf Technologies’ location, with Dutch laws applying.

  13. Severability and Disclaim
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder remains effective. Website use is at the user’s risk; Greywolf Technologies disclaims liability for uninterrupted availability or content accuracy. Technical limitations may affect service availability, with no liability for external network issues. Force majeure or third-party network issues absolve Greywolf Technologies from related service disruptions.

This adjusted text incorporates the changes you requested, offering a unique version tailored to Greywolf Technologies’ operations and the Italian legal context for consumer returns.
